Great stuff guys!

I still need to think about this great system and what all might be possible with using it, just wondering whether "Notices" are also integrated somehow with "Custom User Profile Fields" ?

for example:
- not just target "male" or "female" fields, but many other user-profile-data which a user is entering into the "Custom User Profile Fields" ?
- notices to the user to inform him that he has only completed a certain amount of "user-profile-fields" available ?
...
Thought of that when I first saw it, but since by definition Custom profile fields are..Custom, I'm not sure how that could be done without an add-on. XF is good software, but I don't think it can predict what custom profile fields you will have.

Looks really great. The option to remove the wrapper so you can make them really customized is nice.
Also nice to see that some code events will be added for customizations. That was expected though. ;)

As someone who coded an un-dismiss add-on for vBulletin I'm curious about that.
Think I heard you mention that the notice you dismissed would be gone until you un-dismiss it so I guess the function is there.

Kier made a boring, under-appreciated feature becomes a hot, new sexy thing with many potential uses. Way thumbs up to you guys.

Now, I'd like to see the sample code of that last example where Kier made the no-wrap slider thing. Ninja CSS skill on display right there.

I would like to see the option to have a thread linked to a particular announcement or notice so that the user could click on the notice to receive additional info.

Also, will it be possible to schedule an automatic end date for each individual notice?

It's actually 3 different notices, each with a different <img src> and text.

Here's a screen print of Clearing, but he doesn't show the others - Field and Macro.

Allowing a notice to be able to display content from a specified thread rather than pasting in the HTML would be sweet.

At first I thought that's what this did before I realised that the Message content was just being pasted in rather than included.
