When I move a post to another thread, some of the time it works fine.

Other times, I get this message "No thread ID could be found from that URL. "

The thread ID is a valid ID from a valid thread e.g.

Are you using the default redirect option when you move?

Are you using full friendly URLs or the regular URLs at AdminCP >> Setup >> Search Engine Optimization (SEO)?

OK, it has just worked for me. So sometimes it works, and other times it doesn't.

No. I am moving a post and not a thread.

When I move a thread to another forum, I see that.

Oh sorry. If it's being moved to an existing thread, what I usually do is move the post with the same title to the correct forum and then use thread merge from inline moderation. That way I don't have to type in a URL.

Also I see from your image above you're not using friendly URLs. That may be another difference.

Perhaps it would be better to post in Bug Reports, and reference this thread.

I am using friendly urls and when I try to move a post/s to an existing thread I get the same error

V2.1.5

No thread ID could be found from that URL.
