New members not showing

I've noticed I have not been getting many new registrations on my forum since I converted to Xen from vbulletin.

I opened the new forum on May 4th and got 3 new members but none since then. I did change it so I would have to manually accept new members on the 5th.

My old forum would get 1 or 2 new members daily so I signed up with another email to test it and it never showed up on the forum page as a new member.

I was just poking around the admin area and in users statistics it said 3 member waiting approval. (one being the test account I just created)

1) Shouldn't this have shown on the moderation queue link at the top left of the forum? It's been 0 since the beginning.
2) Shouldn't I have recieved an email letting me know about these new accounts?
3) After validating those 3 new accounts, they are not showing in the latest member area on the forum. It's showing a member that joined on the first day yet.

Members awaiting approval don't show in the moderation queue.

Emails are not sent for new registrations.

The latest member is related to the time of registration, not when the account was confirmed or approved.

Check in the member list or search for the member and it will be present.

Ok thanks. Guess I'll just check the admin area every so often for new members.
