Before I pay the $99 for the Apple developer membership, I wanted to ask a simple question, and hope someone has the answer. My site runs as a sole proprietorship, so I don't have a legal business. If I sign up for the Apple developer membership, so that I can use the Apple connected account on my sites, will my real name/phone number/address be given to everyone who clicks that link to register, or will I be able to set it to give just the site details?

I don't believe so, if it acts as other connected accounts act that information is not published. It is only used to validate your existence so you can use development. On all six of the connected accounts (development accounts) that I have incorporated I had to enter the same type of information and it is not publicly viewable.
