XF 1.4 net::ERR_SPDY_PROTOCOL_ERROR on css.php

Getting an error:
net::ERR_SPDY_PROTOCOL_ERROR
on
https://www.avforums.com/css.php?cs...allery_tab_links&style=2&dir=LTR&d=1421450424
which is screwing the site up big time.

Spdy is a level above XF and setup/managed by the web server so I don't think much can be done at the application level to cause it. (I would note that loading that page directly did work for me just now.)

Thanks Mike. Heard from Tim that we had a load balancer issue, now fixed.
Irritatingly it coincided with the testing of a new addon. Pure coincidence after all.
