Need help with Post Content Find / Replace

When I click the option replace in posts under tools I get an error message saying the following:

The requested page could not be found.

What is the URL it is trying to take you to?

It's working fine for me.

http://example.com/admin.php?post-replace/

Is the correct URL.

If that isn't working then I suspect the add-on hasn't been installed correctly.
