Not a bug Mobile desktop shortcut - white site logo

So my logo is full white. I just went on my mobile and created a shortcut on my desktop true the menu option (see picture below)
The icon created is also having a white background so my site logo is invisible now.

Why is the background not the same color as my menu bar? Is there a way I can fix this without having to change my logo color?

You may need use a different logo/approach for your PWA icons. The approach that the underlying OS uses for composing the icons is mostly down to the OS (beyond the maskable switch).

If you don't want to rely on the OS here, you'd likely want to avoid using transparency in these images.
