XF 2.2 Request Desktop Site not working on XF 2.2.3 patch #1 with mobile devices?

So, I just upgraded my forum from an old XF 1 version to 2.2.3 Patch #1 today. A user immediately posted that there is no way to get the Desktop version of the forums to show on their phone.

I tried it on my own iPhone, which runs iOS 14.4, and the Safari browser. Selecting "Request Desktop Website" just brings up the mobile version of the forum.

Is there no way to allow individual users to opt-out of using the mobile version of the forum?

No issues here with multiple XF sites running 2.2.3 P1.

I'm not sure why anyone would want to use the desktop version on a mobile device - it's a very poor experience.

Never mind, figured it out. Have to just adjust the Zoom value in the phone's web browser too.
