XF 2.2 Container Content Above Ad, Different from Mobile & Desktop

I am not sure if this has been posted before and if so I apologize,

I want a 728x90 in the container content above on the forum for desktop and a smaller size to show that works better for mobile in the same location

Is there coding for this?
