Selected "Watch Forum" then "New Messages" some times do not receive notifications of new messages in threads, although visited the thread before the date of the new messages in that thread.
I can only assume that the thread was unread already (as shown on the forum). That's the main reason that a message won't be sent. This isn't something that we've had other reports of (other than relating to the once-until-read behavior).
