Hello,
I have been a vbulletin customer for a couple of years. For the first time I feel vbulletin ship is starting to sink and I get pulled with it.
Which is sad because I was promised "The best forum software in the world" (we all know the video).
Anyway I am looking for a stable, not hard to maintain, highly customisable forum software.
After testing(as best as I could) the demo I started to like how xenforo does its job.
But what I didn't like:
> does xenforo provide a mobile theme for admincp?
> I am the type of man that if things don't work as I want it to, I prefer to do it by myself: can a client modify the source code without losing his license? (rewrite some queries in order to speed up things)
> how is the upgrade process? I find vbulletins upgrade process to be tricky and you can easily end up with a nonfunctional forum.
Thank you.
