XF 1.3 Members Cant Edit Posts

Using default Xenforo skin.

This was just brought to my attention today that my members can't edit their posts; the edit button just doesn't show up on their message. It shows up fine for moderators & admins.

Forum permissions are okay for registered users,

I can't figure out why they can't.

Have you tested on an untouched default style? With add-ons disabled?

It seems hit & miss honestly.

I just created a test user & I could edit the posts.

I have a member who can't edit anything he posts & he has the same permissions as the test user.

I really don't know what to tell the guy.

Have you checked the permissions using Analyze permissions specifically for that user? Can you get permission from the user to user his login to check he's not missing something?

Permissions for the user seem fine. Just asked him if I could login to see what the problem is, and I'll check it then.

Well, I don't know if he can actually edit the posts now or just doesn't care anymore as he said its "fixed" even when I didn't do anything.

Can't do anything about it either way.
