RM 1.1 Resource Owners Cant Edit

On my site there is a resource Category with the following options:



And here are the user permissions for the "Registered User" group regarding Resources


In this category the Resource Owners are unable to edit their resource but if any of the other resource type (Upload file or External download URL) are selected editing works just fine. I could use help here

There's nothing in the code that checks the resource type or the category options. It just checks the ability to edit any resource or to update their own.

Can you show a screenshot to confirm which edit option isn't appearing? (On one that does have it.) As a moderator, can you edit the resource?
