XF 1.3 Member logged into www.domain.ext not logged into domain.ext

Most of my members are using the url http://JetBoaters.net . A small subset is using http://www.JetBoaters.net .

Users who are logged into http://www.JetBoaters.net are having to login again when they follow a link to http://JetBoaters.net. They are also having difficulty viewing signature images that referenced as http://JetBoaters.net/attach..... and vice versa.

Is there any way to make logged in sessions transition seamlessly between http://www.JetBoaters.net and http://JetBoaters.net ?

The approach I recommend is that you decide what your URL is, and then implement a redirection so all users go to the same URL, regardless of whether they enter www or not.

No, because the login cookie is based on the URL they login at.

The best way to resolve this is to use rewrite rules to redirect everything to one URL e.g. everything for jetboaters.net > www.jetboaters.net (or vice versa)

You can manually change the cookie domain to always use the .jetboaters.net domain, however I don't recommend this at all.
