XF 1.5 Isit possible to make a user group be able to moderatore posts without creating them as a Moderator?

I want to make a usergroup that is able to moderate certain section on the forum

but i dont want to make them a moderator on the create a moderator option

how isit possible to make that?

Well you can setup things with permissions, but it seems like making them a moderator would be the way to go. What's your hesitation with that?
