I currently have it set so that a user's first two posts have to be approved by a moderator in order to cut down on spam.
It's been very effective, but I can't figure out how to mark a post/user as a spammer from the moderation queue. All I see for options are approve/delete/do nothing.
Am I missing something? Seems like an obvious place to have an extra option that says "spam" and pops up the spam cleaner for each user.
The UX is a little tricky to get right if I mark multiple posts from multiple users as spam, but there are several ways to handle it. Even if I could only mark one user at a time as a spammer, doing it right from the moderation queue would still be better than the current process of having to remember to visit a user's profile, click moderator tools, and then click spam.
