Add-on Is there a Ticket System for XF2?

Hello everyone!

I am curious to know if there is a ticket system for xenforo 2. I know a few that are for xenforo 1, but I am not sure about xenforo 2. If there is one out there please link me to it. Thank You!

Not yet. There is a good one for xenforo 1. But it will take some time before @NixFifty has ported it to xenforo 2.

How sophisticated should it be? For more than one user and which features do you need?
Or do you need a simple one?

I would never ever use any of their addons and no one else should either.

We have one in use @ DBTech that can do a fair number of things:

Execution being targeted based on the standard setup of thread criteria.

It is, however, exclusively tied into our eCommerce system, so it doesn't have widespread appeal - it cannot function stand-alone. It's definitely something I plan to release as an optional add-on at some point, for those who already use our eCommerce system
