Is it possible to edit the amount of time remaining on an expiring redirect?

I'm curious, why do you need to edit the time remaining for the redirect after initially setting it?

Perhaps it was set incorrectly? Or maybe you want to extend it a bit longer for some reason.

Well there is a workaround which you may want to consider.

You can hard-delete the redirect, move the thread back to the original forum without a redirect and then move it once again with a redirect.

Not ideal of course but it does at least provide an option.

You don't actually need to hard delete the redirect - moving the thread back to the original forum will remove the redirect.
