As designed [iOS Devices] Overlays looking all black.

I don't know if this qualifies as a bug, but on all iOS devices I own (iPod Touch, iPad) the overlays are looking all black.

In all my browsers here at my PC it shows a nice overlay (Little bit transparant, border having another color then the middle) and at my iOS devices it doesn't.

I think it wasn't like that before, yet I don't know.
Just wanted to know the developers thoughts on this

That's intended. Mobile devices seem to have a particularly poor handling of rgba transparency, so in the interest of performance, I moved all the opacity to fully opaque.
