XF 2.1 Inline spoiler is barely visible

I think the amount of blacks on the spoiler should be increased.

This would currently require template edits (or extra.less overrides) to change. You can see the default CSS for this in bb_code.less.

not starting a new thread on this issue. but noticed that emojis are not hidden in inline spoilers. not really an issue tbh. just found it funny.
