Fixed Inline spoiler don't hide emojis

Well, it’s generally about images. The inline spoiler was really only designed to work with text.

But we might be able to hide smilies at least.

For anything else such as huge images above, that really falls out of the remit of being “inline” IMO and the traditional spoiler tag should be used.

The above post image technically is inline, but I assume most people won’t want huge walls of content just having a (fairly ugly tbh) blur applied when it can all just be hidden behind a normal spoiler.

We have applied a fix for this, though note that it uses fairly recent CSS rules (filters), so it may not be supported everywhere. Also note that we have applied it to smilies only -- for large images and the like, you would likely want to use the non-inline method.
