XF 1.2 Inherit node permissions from other group.

I can't say I understand what you're asking. Permission inheritance implicitly means that you aren't specifying any custom permissions, so you can't really "inherit" from anywhere other than your parent (which is the parent node's permissions for the same X {user, user group, etc}).
What are you trying to do?
Permissions are cumulative so you can add the members to the group you have already set up.
Otherwise you can create a new group but permissions can't be copied across/inherited from other groups or nodes.
You will need to set each group up explicitly.

For example.
I have one group and it´s permissions are set for the whole forum for every node. Now I created a second group which should have the same permissions like the first group on every node.
So is it possible to create a subgroup if I can´t inherit the permissions ? Or create a Group which just changes the user title but still uses the permissions from the first group ?

User titles are determined by the display styling priority.

Simply add the members to the other group, with all permissions at Not Set (No) and set a higher priority for the group with the title you want them to have.
