XF 2.0 How to restore access to my admin account?

I thought I disabled 2 Factor Auth as soon as I set up my forum..apparently I did not.

Today it is requesting that I verify my account via 2 factor auth however it is not dispatching an email address to my email on file.

My backup admin account does not have access to the admin ACP apparently.

How the heck am I going to get back into my account? Is there anything I can do??

You can disable 2fa through the config.php file with:

$config['enableTfa'] = false;
