XF 2.2 Can't Login to my Admin

So I can't login to my admin, I can't change the url of my forum or anything because I don't have my old password to my account, but can't retrieve my password. For some reason on both my forums, hotmail.com is blocked when I hit forgot password and try to retrieve it.

Suck because on my other forum, I have to send it to gmail, then it gets redirected to my hotmail.

So what do I do, can't access the admin area of http://esoxworld.net/

Maybe I'll just go into database change my password their for my user...

Don't change the password, that won't work. You want to change the email to an email address you can access.

Where do I make this change to get it to a good email? "database" is a bit vague for me.

cPanel -> phpMyAdmin -> Select database -> Select xf_user table -> search for your user_id -> edit email field
