XF 2.1 How to create tab navigation on pages?

Hello,

I've created a new page that's just a widget showing the new threads.

Updated the existing tabs to link to the page, however when trying to add the tab for the page template it doesn't display correctly - presumably because it's loading it in the block-body div.

Is there a way to make this load outside of the div?
