XF 2.0 How to add keyword filter to Resource Manager lists?

Hi!

I need to add a keyword filter to the resource manager filters, which should ideally use MySQL FullText search (so allowing AND and OR of separate keywords). The keyword filter should match TITLE, DESCRIPTION, and TAG LINE. What is the best way to implement the keyword filter in XenForo 2?
