I just found that my index.php file was overwritten. Is there some kinda bug inside xenforo?

We don't currently don't have reason to believe that this would have been caused by a bug in the XF code.
Often the cause would be related to the server itself being compromised.
The important thing to do now is to attempt to ascertain through various logs on the server what the point of entry was, ensure that nothing has been left on the server to help them gain access in the future, and to audit and lock down everyone who has access to the server.

Ok. That's what I thought it seems to be a group that targets XenForo sites in general.
