XF 2.0 /forum/forum URL

I have a wordpress on my root directory so the forum was installed inside the /forum directory.
This was previously a vbulletin and was migrated to xenforo. however I am running to an issue with the URLS. the old VB urls are /forum/introductions but on xenforo right now it is /forum/forum/introductions/

is there a way to just use /<FORUMTITLE> instead of /forum/<FORUMTITLE> for the URL so I can remove /forum/forum?

The XF directory path is always included in the URL.

You could move the installation to a different directory such as community, or you can use a route filter to change it, but it can't be removed from the URL.
