Here you go :
fried intestines coated with Nepali spices. For your eyes only, it was beautifully red, thanks to the generous amount of paprika-like seasoning. The intestines were rather tough, unfortunately. Tomatoes, onions and a squeeze of lime to add some flavours to the dish.

Speaking of eggs... I had a friend trying to make some homemade sauce. It called for 2 eggs. He thought it was too thick, and in the end added 6 eggs.No cakes for you!.. Eggs

Had a few friends over today so done a slow roast shoulder of pig with, spuds, carrots, shallots, garlic and pears with a chocolate cheesecake for pud.
Thought I would show you a cake I just finished decorating for a birthday party we are going to today.. my first time making a "fondant" cake. It is pretty simple, and not as smooth as it could be, but overall I am not unhappy with the resultLooking forward to doing some more now and practising my techniques a bit.

Here's something somewhat healthier... Home made pizza, with small amount of ham, tomato, buffalo mozzarella and basil.. mmm yum!
