XF 1.5 Flash Access, even if Flash Upload is deactivated

Hello,

some of our user found that flash is even accessed if the flash uploader is deactivated in the user profile. This is quite irritating because flash is a common security risk and unwanted. It should be really off, if the users deactivate the flash upload.

If the Flash uploader is disabled, XenForo itself won't load Flash. It's possible something else in the page could be loading it (advertising, maybe even some of the share options).

Can they identify the URL of the Flash file that's being loaded?

We have no flash on our site, no flash banner. I have no flash messages at all. But some users report flash access even when the flash uploader is disabled.

That's not indicating Flash access. It's a console message for developers to confirm the URL that would be accessed. It doesn't indicate that it is accessed. The network panel in the developer tools would indicate what is actively requested.
