Browser issue error in language RTL direction

Unfortunately, we were only able to track this down to a browser bug. It appears to be specific to Chrome on the Mac. It just isn't rendering the section properly -- you can see that it knows it's there as hovering over links shows the target in the bottom corner. It also seemed to be related to the specific browser width in use as well.

I was unable to figure out a reduced test case for reporting.
