Lack of interest Make Pikaday respect date format set in language

This suggestion is based on the following thread.

Currently (XF 2.1.6), the order of 'month' and 'year' in the title of Pikaday is always 'month' followed by 'year' irrespective of the date format settings in ACP > Language.

Please, make Pikaday respect the locale settings for date format as other parts of XF do.
