XF 2.1 No enable/disable option in language option

Maybe something changed in 2.1 or something not working correctly but I added a different language pack and made a child pack but I don't see the enable disable sliders..

Which results in that the visitor gets the option to choose between the two which I not needed, just need to show the one.

I did something wrong?

You will need to contact the author of the language pack - the slider is for styles only.
