Not a bug Error affecting new registered members

Since I installed a few new addons, (user name change and user improvements) an error/bug was affecting new registered members:

Oops! We have encountered some problems. You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action.

I have tried to solve this uninstalling the addons but nothing, the forum was using 2.1.2 version and yesterday I upgraded it to 2.1.7 but the bug remains

It affects only to the new users registered, it doesn´t matter if I give the users more permissions, they can´t do anything

Also I read that it could be fixed if you disable mod_security module in Apache but nothing

Any server errors showing in your AdminCP?

If you require support, you will need to associate your forum user name with your license and post in the relevant forum.
