Just a quick question. Are there any plans at some point to replace the TinyMCE editor with your own custom one. Much like vBulletin uses it's own version?
Don't quote me on this, but I think someone stated that they planned to stay with TinyMCE, simply because it reduces development components and more time can be allocated elsewhere.
If you keep TinyMCE then, will you be making use of more of it's formatting features for posts?
I'm pretty sure Kier or Mike stated it was easy enough to include any of those as they're plugin based. If you keep TinyMCE then, will you be making use of more of it's formatting features for posts?
and GPLJoomla Content Editor is amazing
I don't think that was what Kier meant when he said GPL. XenForo is a commercial product.
I really hope it will be easy to add buttons like that to the editor, along with custom buttons. If you keep TinyMCE then, will you be making use of more of it's formatting features for posts?
