@DragonByte Tech or anyone who may know the answer,...

I will only have a few items in the shop and as such my shop items will not need to be searchable.

My question is, does anybody know where/how to disable or remove the added links "Search items" and "Search trade posts" from the Advanced Search page search navigation bar?

I cannot for the life of me find it.

There's no option, that takes a custom modification.
 
Same issue, we have like 6 items and don't want to pollute the search with them.

I made a new addon, extended the \XF\Search\Search class and blocked anything with the prefix dbtech_shop_

After upgrading from XF 2.2.17 to 2.2.19 Patch 1 I keep getting errors.

Im going to see if I can download a patch.

I have upgraded my local test board to 2.3.13 and I'm currently verifying the fix to ensure it works on XenForo versions < 2.3.9 (where this change was very first introduced) and to ensure it doesn't break anything else.

Once it's all done and the fix has been applied to the latest beta and non-beta versions, I will go through each affected resource and post an update explaining what happened and how to get the fix.

Hotfix

This add-on has been hotfixed to address an issue affecting all front-end pages while this add-on is enabled. This issue was caused by additional security measures introduced in XenForo 2.3.13.

The latest version has been patched, and can be downloaded at no additional cost. If you are running an older version and you are unable to upgrade for whatever reason, please let me know the exact version you are running and I will apply the hotfix accordingly.

I have DB Shop 6.6.3 and DB Credits 5.8.5, is it possible to get the hotfix without renewing the license?
 
Do I need to do anything other than just re-uploading the files, such as rebuild? Because it didnt work, and it also makes thing difficult because I cant manage addons, have to disable all to disable the DB ones.

Did you use the archive installer in XenForo to upload the files? Manual uploads via places like cPanel or other control panels can cause files to be uploaded to the wrong location.
