Uploading this latest update broke my forum. Hmm. HTTP ERROR 500 - wow.

Basically, after uploading the contents of the UPLOAD folders, for both DBTech Shop and Security add-ons, the forum was replaced by a HTTP ERROR 500 message in the center of an otherwise empty page. As I could not log into the Admin CPanel of XenForo, I tried rolling back these updates by overwriting them with the previous files (RC 1, or RC2, whatever came before this one), but that did not do anything. So I deleted the src Folder for DBTech Security and then reuploaded the last Stable release Src folder, once more. That brought back the forum but not hte Admin CPanel. I've been unable to get back into the back end, basically stuck with this:



That is the 'login' to my ACP.

It's starting to look like, more and more, that I'll have to do a soft backup restore, unless DBTech support has something else for me to try? I'm sorry that I cannot provide much by way of specifics. Unfortunately, it went from everything looking great (prior to the two updates), to the ACP being unavailable. At least I managed to get some semblance of the forum back but without being able to get into the back end and disabling DBTech Security and DBTech Shop, I'm a sitting duck.

It is not gone, it was stuck in the approval queue I've cleared it now, and I'll resolve the issue as soon as I'm able

I don’t believe so, it’s not a flagship feature so it doesn’t get as much attention unfortunately

You can do that from the admin panel. Simply go to the DragonByte Shop section, then Purchases. You'll see a list of every purchase made by users. You can filter to get the one you want to remove, and then simply hit the delete button.

Users can discard their own purchases from their inventories. There is no way to add the AdminCP feature to the front-end.
