Duplicate Custom Fields not imported for Admin user..

As title really, custom user field values are imported for all users, apart from the Admin user setup during XF installation.

Ah, sorry for the duplicate, I did look for one, evidently not hard enough.

As for the 'As designed' response, to quote Brogan...

, very odd. Why they hell was it 'as designed', the system is supposed to be merging users, the Admin is a user and the fields should be updated!?
