I would restore a backup as soon as possible. @Xon has made it clear he's still working on the 2.1 update.

Hi @Xon,

A question. What will happen if I do the following:
Upgrade to Content Rating 1.3.14.2 -> Disable Content Rating -> Upgrade to XF 2.1 -> Upgrade to Content Rating 2.1 (or whatever you name it when it comes) -> Enable Content Rating

Will it retain all the old ratings as well as the interim ratings (during the period when Content Rating was disabled)?

N.B.: Not sure If I could explain it properly. The bottom line is, I want to update to XF 2.1 without waiting for Content Rating 2.1, but not loosing anything.

@Xon I'm assuming you will have an importer from xf1.5 of post ratings -> xf2.1 content ratings/xf standard reaction tables?

Second question, Can such an importer be run after xf2.1 upgrade from xf1.5. That's obviously of the thought that the postratings tables don't impact anything in xf2.1 and can be used later for the import?

Look forward to your update mate. Best wishes.

My forum users are enjoying using this addon. However, they would like to be able to give more than one rating. For example they might like to thank someone, as well as acknowledge that they like the post or to give someone a hug. Would this be possible in a future version?

@Xon
Using xf 2.1
Content ratings addon is disabled

Hi Xon, will this add-on be updated to be able to import from post ratings add-on for users still stuck on xf1.5 looking to migrate to xf2.1?

Could you at least maybe provide an option or a query to rebuild the cache so the ratings are imported to XF 2,1 while you are working on porting the features of the add-on to 2.1?

If I followed the process by disabling it, upgrading, and then only re-enabling it when the 2.1 compatible version is released, would the rating types be preserved as the reaction types on 2.1?

I believe he already did. These ratings came over and populated the default Reactions. I have the plug in disabled but still producing the above mentioned error occasionally.

Hey @Xon is it coming along good? Wouldn't want to rush you by asking since the job is best done correctly rather then to rush it but I was wondering. It's been about 2 weeks since @The Dark Wizard said that. Not sure if that's really what you had said but I'm just hoping you may be at work with this. I'm wanting to get the 2.1 upgrade out of the way when I can. This is the only add-on that's keeping me from upgrading. Any idea how much longer it might be? Once again not trying to rush you
