• Fix a thread starter being disabled would block thread collaboration
• Fix thread starter couldn't edit posts by other users that had been marked as "Allow edits from collaborators"
• Fix collaborative post records where not removed after a user stopped being a collaborator
• Reduce sql query complexity when viewing a thread due to collaborative post feature
