See this test post. The QUOTE is split into 2 mini-quotes.

Original post:

Some text...
[code]some fancy code[/code]
More text and a quote:
[quote]I get this error on the first file I try to upload every single time, it doesn't matter if the upload is just 1 file or multiple. After the first error all my uploads work perfectly. I'm using Fedora 16, Chrome 19.0.1084.46[/quote]

Can not confirm

Windows 7
Mac OS (Apple)
Debian 6
Debian 7 Alpha 1
Ubuntu 11.04
Ubuntu 12.04
Mint Debian - Current
Mint Ubuntu - Current

Suggest you contact Fedora Linux and tell them to re-package their Google Chrome.

What Fedora and Chrome has to do with this bug? Did you read my OP? :)
As side note I used Windows 7 64bits to post the above text, try to copy and paste the exact same thing to see if it breaks for you also. Ahh I see now, you thought I was refering to the actual quote with Fedora and Chrome. I was just too lazy to type some text and pasted an irrelevant quote from another post. :giggle:

Is not doing it anymore... the quote is put together. Let me post another post below.

Edit: it works, it must be related to the first post only. Let's try a new thread.
Confirmed, it does it only on a first_post_id.

I've noticed this one as well a few times before I just can't remember exactly what I had did to cause it or I'd post my examples as well. I think it's happened to me in both firefox and chrome.

Yet again, can not confirm (at least I can't).

Is anyone here who has confirmed using any plug-in / extension inside of Chrome ?

I'm just wondering why I don't have this issue, but you do.

The only thing I have on my Chrome is AdBlock, and it only seems to happen when I use code tags inside of spoilers.

Are you pasting content in?

If so, this can happen because of mis-nesting the BB code tags. Not a ton can be done about that, short of trying to get rid of the formatting with paste (which wouldn't necessarily be WYSIWYG obviously). WebKit pastes basically always include some color info, so you might not think there's formatting, but unfortunately there is.
