As designed CLI add-on uninstall confirmation defaults to Yes

if you run the CLI command to uninstall an add-on and don't enter anything and press enter on the confirmation line it defaults to yes and uninstalls the add-on. I'd imagine the safer route would be to default to no like it does if you enter an invalid option

Having looked into this, we've decided to retain it as the intended behaviour, primarily because of the implications for unattended, scripted interaction. Having the command default to 'no' would break this, in its current state.

At least for uninstalling that seems rather dangerous since there could be data loss involved
