Did you had this problem on the older versions like 1.8, 1.9?Does anyone else experience laggy typing and general lag on the page when using the "All Pages" mode on lower powered devices?

Version 1.12.0 comes with the following features:
/whisper command (Permission based)
Allows you to send private messages to chatters and the best part is that it supports multiple recipients at the same time.
/whisper [User 1, User 2] your message
You can either write this manually or you can click the new "Whisper" link in the user actions menu. If you click on multiple users "Whisper" action, they will be added to the group.
When the message shows up, you can see who...
That's likely why my users are seeing everyones "whispers".BUG: Whispering does not work if you have "your message color" set.
BUG: "Above forum list" allows users to display the chat above their forum list, even when I have it specified to only allow display on chat page. I do not want users to be able to do this.
@Siropu
Will be fixed soon.Whispering does not work if you have "your message color" set.
It's not a bug. If you want users to only view the chat on the chat page, set "Choose display mode" permission to no/never.BUG: "Above forum list" allows users to display the chat above their forum list, even when I have it specified to only allow display on chat page. @Scharesoft, new reports count are displayed in the chat title bar. I might switch from custom reports to XF reports at some point but now now because I just implemented that feature. XF makes it a little difficult to add new content type and I can't waste time looking at the XF code to figure it out how to do it..
It's not a bug. If you want users to only view the chat on the chat page, set "Choose display mode" permission to no/never.
The reason I didn't added that option is because of this scenario: User sets "Chat Page Only" and after a while maybe admin disables chat page. At this point that user can't see the chat anymore. An option for the users display mode to show the chat just on the chat page is missing here. In the moment a user is able to choose just all pages and on the top or bottom of the forum. So if a user just wants to see it there, it's possible for him and other users can chat on all pages.
Demo Please, i dont see one. Might be missing the linkThis is how it looks on mobile:
Is no link to a demo, he had posted two images via attachments in the post showing how it looks in mobile.Demo Please, i dont see one. Might be missing the link
If a user don't want to see the chat in Forums List or in All pages, that user can simply disable the chat and it will be displayed only in the chat page. The chat can't be disabled on the chat page, that option is for the rest of the display modes.![]()
Version 1.12.1 fixes a bug in whisper command when using colored messages feature.
I've also made some improvements to the whisper link action so that when you add a extra user to the whisper group and click it again, it will remove that user or if it's only a user, it will clear the input.
I don't see this problem. Expired bans are deleted by cron (runs hourly) so unless the php time() function returns 0, I don't see how could that happen. Does any one else have this problem?Bug: Bans only last 24 hours it seems, a permanently banned member can rejoin the chat 24 hours again after being unbanned, another permaban bans him for another 24 hours...
Do you get this problem when the chat refreshes or all the time? How many seconds have you set for "Refresh rate active session" and the rest?Does anyone else experience laggy typing and general lag on the page when using the "All Pages" mode on lower powered devices? My Chromebook really can't handle this chat well, very laggy input and general forum usage (hovering nav tabs etc)
