I don't see this problem. Expired bans are deleted by cron (runs hourly) so unless the php time() function returns 0, I don't see how could that happen. Does any one else have this problem?

Do you get this problem when the chat refreshes or all the time? How many seconds have you set for "Refresh rate active session" and the rest?

Users take part in live discussions so the 1 second refresh is essential (unless it refeshes on new message?).
Using the chat message to thread extension as you know.

A few changes made with 1.12.1

New "whisper" feature:


Showing whisper was pointless for me, so the icon does the trick. That also gives a visual cue that its a different type of message.

Also added in some user actions...

Only issue, when clicking ignore, text will change, but icon will not. Not sure how to work around that yet... I'm a small time hack, still working out the kinks.

Overall, again, great improvements and implementations @Siropu , look forward to the next round.

Suggestion: Make the display mode user-group configurable.

For example, I'd love to have VIP users have the option to display the chatroom on all pages, while regular users can only see it on the chatroom page. If you add this feature, you'll be my hero.

This does not work. The option to display on all pages cannot be turned on per usergroup if it is turned off globally. I tested

What I am trying to do is make it display on the chat page only by default, but give the "all pages" option to VIPs. The only way the "All Pages" option works is if it is enabled globally.

Yes. I know. The issue here is the fact that I want the REST of my users to only be able to see the chatroom on the dedicated chat page. There is no display mode for "chat page only", or a way to make that the default behavior. If I enable "all pages", then it is the default mode.

Ah. Nevermind. I use ArrowChat for Instant Messaging on my forum, and thought "every page" would display it as a shoutbox. Instead, it displays it as a bar at the bottom, which is covered up by ArrowChat. That is a goof on my part, sorry! I do wish there was a way to have it display as a shoutbox near the header or the footer, but that's my personal desire and outside the scope of what I can ask for. Love the addon!!
