I'm sorry but there is no such bug that I can reproduce. Who else cannot edit chat messages?

Everyone on the site,. I have checked all permissions and they are correct. When you click the edit button the screen does a slight refresh then nothing.

Try disabling the add-on, delete all the files manually and then reupload the latest version.

Is there a fix to make sure that users who don't leave a room don't remain in that room forever? Most to removed but some just stay there below. I've got three screenshots for three of my chats. I'm not sure if it's just coincidence that the first person in each chat that has never left is the same guy.

Based on your settings, the user shouldn't stay more than 32 minutes. Are there any errors in the browser console?

Check "Display mode" in your user settings in Chat settings menu. That override the admin options for you.

The chat widget does not work in the sidebar. My members liked sidebar chat a lot in the past.

We haven't done a lot of testing on this, but want to flag it for @Siropu. It seems that in these conditions:

• notifications/alerts of chat mentions ON
• allow user reactions to chat messages ON

They work, but they seem to erase the users' news feed. Also "Latest Activity" will show as empty for the entire site until other activity occurs. It's almost like Chat deletes the recent activity feed (non-chat related) when it is adding chat reactions to the user's feed / activity feed.

I could be barking up the wrong tree - but the only time we've seen the issue manifest is when the chat room is being used and users are reacting to messages (Like, Love, etc.) - so it may be worth some further testing.
