It is a JS error. It will be fixed in the next release.

Hi @Siropu

On the latest update the ability to edit a shout is not working. The icon is there and I have checked the settings and they are all correct. Clicking the edit icon next to any shout just does nothing. Also tested this on the default Xenforo theme and its the same.

Update if you right click on the edit icon it will open the edit in a new window and work but not ideal.

1) Can I use this chat script/addon only for chat support means, one of my team members as "chat support specialist" who provides chat support, and othersite could have many customers who are looking for support, but those customers can't chat or see each others just like "Zendesk" can do that be possible?

2) Also, can Google Ads or what kinds of ads can be seen on that chat to earn revenue?

Only if you use the private conversations feature but the customer would have to open a conversation with the "support specialist".

P.S. If there is demand for a support chat, I can develop one for that purpose.

What button, where? There is a button in user profile, an option in chatter list for each user online and the option to start conversation from the conversations tab.

There's no private message option (for this addon), no private messages shown nor the icon with the + sign to start a private conversion.
