I am changing the date 10/2005 to 09/2008. to get in the first place

Could this be used to change a deleted users stub to a new name? For example "Deleted User 445" to "John Doe"

That would fall outside the scope of this add-on and is better suited as another add-on.

is there any plan to develop such an add-on, it would be very useful.

Resource Manager already has "Reassign resource" option.

I would like to bring this to the table again.

It would be very helpful to change the dates of resource updates.

Can I change an owner of a resource manager thread? In other words, the "discussion" tab on top of a resource would link to the new owner thread. If yes, does it also disable thread notifications to the previous owner (either via forum only and/or by email)?
