My members hate it. They don't like waiting and waiting and waiting for maybe possibly their video to be posted.Transcoding is good as long as you have adequate server resources.
Well the original poster has a permission setting problem or possibly an apache issue.I can't upload videos larger than 600MB
for smaller videos, everything works
so I think you suggestions are not really the case

That is a different PHP report than what you initially posted. (My email cache has the low php limit saved). Your limits were 160M before. After the change was the server / Apache restarted?

Changing the PHP settings in the .ini file do not take affect unless the Apache service is shutdown and restarted.
Also, not real sure about the 3G setting. Try 3000M
