XF 1.4 Cannot Login to my New Forum

I am busy setting up a new forum but seemed to have been logged out and now cannot log in again. I am getting ERROR 404 - PAGE NOT FOUND

Now the one thing I notice with this is the URL is showing like this and that does not seem correct ?

http://www.goodolddaysforum.com/login/login

You have friendly URLs enabled but check the server settings:

https://xenforo.com/help/friendly-urls/

In particular, the mod_rewrite for Apache or the correct server block for nginx. Also, check the .htaccess in the /forums directory.

Ah thanks that was the issue I need to have a look at that then
