Matt Mecham does not reflect on IPS as a whole company. It was just an ill advised mistake on his part, nothing more - nothing less. As a whole, IPS are still a very nice company to do business with and I will continue to do so regularly.
Just my opinion though, obviously.

Yeah, you are probably right there. Just a matter of when the trial etc.
Not, just the motion to dismiss. The trial wouldn't be until January.
I'm following it. But I'd like to hear from the KAM!
From what I read in this thread - the 15 January date may not hold. There might be further delays if the case goes to the trial.
